VE Session

Ham radio exams, or more formally known as 'VE Sessions' are required for an individual to obtain their amateur radio license. The Putnam Emergency and Amateur Repeater League (PEARL) conducts VE Sessions several times a year. Field Day 2014

Once again PEARL will be participating in ARRL's Field Day event. Field day is an event where the objective is to work as many other amateur radio stations in the United States and Canada. Field day is most likely the single largest emergency preparedness drill in the country. PEARL will also be conducting a VE Session all throught Saturday for those who want to take an exam for their amateur radio license.
